Our Molding Shop and Machining Center
Thanks to our advanced technology and high-precision machining benches in our molding room, we can produce our own progressive press molds, machine apparatus, control gauges and measuring fixtures. In our company, precision machining is carried out with lathes, milling machines, precision grinding machines, CNC machining benches, hole drilling, wire erosion.
Prototype, first sample and similar studies are carried out in the fastest way in line with the requests of our customers. For this reason, Makyay keeps its raw material variety extremely rich. In many prototype works, we can support our customers with the latest technology machinery that does not need mold equipment.
Considering the successes of our company in the production of metal parts and springs as well as the demands of our customers, the production of plastic - aluminum injection molds and plastic parts started in 2012 within our sister company Makkalıp. Makkalıp successfully serves the automotive and electrical-electronics sectors with its state-of-the-art machinery that grows day by day.

MAKYAY can apply logistics methods such as KANBAN, Just in Time Shipment (JIT) and Consignment Warehouse according to customer requirements. MAKYAY supports its customers by monitoring customer needs and orders with tools such as Web-EDI and web-based customer portal pages. MAKYAY makes the shipments with customer Milk-Run vehicles, Cargo or its own transportation vehicles under appropriate conditions and on time. It keeps safety stock in a planned manner to prevent possible customer inconvenience in case of emergency. It applies many different packaging and labeling systems according to customer special requirements. (Recyclable packaging, Barcode system, etc.)
